Dance Connection 2 automatically charges credit card on the 1st of each month for tuition only.

I understand that in the event that I withdraw my dancer from the studio, I must fill out a withdrawal form before the 1st of the month to ensure I will not be charged tuition for that month.  My card will continued to be charged monthly until I notify the office staff in writing,

I understand that I must notify Dance Connection 2 with updated expiration dates or if card information changes to avoid declined tuition payments.

I understand that if my Surepay payment is declined my account will be charged a DECLINED FEE of $15.

I understand if my Dancer’s monthly tuition has not been paid by the 15th of the month, the tuition and late fees will automatically be debited from the Credit/Debit card provided above.

Registration Policy

•             All students will pay a $50 Registration Fee or $80 per family each dance year. The new dance year re-news in July.

•             Tuition Payments are due on the 1st of each month.  A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for any payments made after the 8th of the month.

•             A $25 fee is charged for any check returned by the bank.

•             Once registered in a class, the student remains registered indefinitely until the parents or guardian chooses to WITHDRAW the student.

•             If you decide to WITHDRAW, you must turn in a written notice (withdraw form) before the 1st of the month in order to not be charged that months dues.  You will be charged monthly dues unless and until a withdrawal form is submitted.

•             There are no refunds or deductions for classes missed. Make-up classes may be available for active students only. 

•             Individual classes are $20.00 an hour and have to be paid in advance.

•             I hereby release Dance Connection 2 and all staff members from all claims of damages or injury suffered by the above registered student in connection with or by their associations with Dance Connection 2.  This includes my heirs who may not act in my behalf.  (Note:  each student should be covered under some kind of individual insurance policy.  Dance Connection 2 will not be held responsible.)

•             Dance Connection 2 has the absolute right and permission to use my child’s photographs in its promotional materials and publicity efforts.  I understand that the photograph may be used in publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media or other promotion.  I release Dance Connection 2, their photographer, employees, agents and designees from any liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.

•             Dancers must be picked up promptly after class ends and cannot arrive more than 15 minutes early without parent supervision.  A $10 late fee will be added if a parent is more than 20 minutes late picking up their dancer.

Terms & Conditions

•             I acknowledge and accept full responsibility and guarantee payment for any charges accrued on my account while enrolled at Dance Connection 2.

•             I also understand that if I do not withdraw before the 1st day of the month, I am responsible for that month’s tuition and will be charged.

•             Dance Connection 2 agrees that the card will not be used for any other reason other than mentioned above.  If the student withdraws from the studio, Dance Connection 2 will dispose of any information regarding the card given.
